Thank you to all members who joined us at Repton Village Hall on Thursday, 12th June, for our Annual General Meeting. It was wonderful to see such a strong turnout and to share the evening with so many of you.

Following the meeting, we are pleased to announce the new South Derbyshire Conservative Association officer team for 2025/26:

  • Honorary President – Cllr Julie Patten
  • Chairman – Cllr Daniel Corbin
  • Deputy Chairman (Political & Campaigning) – Cllr Sundip Meghani
  • Deputy Chairman (Membership & Fundraising) – Cllr David Muller
  • Treasurer – Mr Adrian Argyle

We would like to give special thanks to Cllr David Muller and Stuart Swann, who stepped down from their respective roles as Chairman and Deputy Chairman (Political & Campaigning). Their leadership and commitment over many years have been invaluable to the Association.

We are delighted that David will continue to serve as part of the management team in his new role as Deputy Chairman (Membership & Fundraising). Stuart’s contribution, meanwhile, has left a lasting legacy of dedication and hard work.

On behalf of all members, we extend our sincere gratitude to both David and Stuart for their outstanding service to South Derbyshire Conservative Association.

Message from our new Chairman, Cllr Daniel Corbin

“I’m honoured to have been elected Chairman of the South Derbyshire Conservative Association. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in and working closely with our members, councillors, and supporters.

Together, we’ll not only strengthen our Association but also build stronger connections with the wider community across South Derbyshire. This is an exciting time for us, and I’m eager to ensure every member feels engaged and valued as we continue our work.”
