Cllr Andrew Kirke has thanked everyone who attended the recent Regulation 19 Information Session at Burnaston Village Hall.
The meeting was extremely well attended, with residents from across the area taking the opportunity to ask questions and take part in important discussions about the Regulation 19 Consultation on the amended Local Plan. A particular focus of the evening was the proposed development of Land South of Mickleover.
Cllr Kirke said it was encouraging to see so many residents actively engaging with the consultation process and taking such a strong interest in the future of local communities.
He added that discussions like these are incredibly important in ensuring that local voices are heard, and that residents have the chance to understand the proposals, raise concerns, and contribute constructively.
